Is 61 heart beats per minute normal?!

Question: Is 61 heart beats per minute normal?
I am 22 year old female, my weight is 135, 5'1. Also my blood pressure is 101/62 is that normal? I read that blood pressure value is normal for athletes, but I am definitely not an athlete. Though I do yoga and cardio sometimes (3-4 times a week)

The normal range by textbook of the heart rate is 60-100 beats per minute.
You are still in the normal range. People can be below that and be normal. In fact there was a famous marathon runner whose heartrate was 30 bpm and his back up pacemaker took over and was in a junctional rhythm.

I wouldnt worry unless you start to pass out.
Your blood pressure is on the low side but that is ok. The lower the better in terms of heart and vascular health.

I wouldnt worry unless it gets below 85 on the systolic (top) number. Or if your lightheadness continues. Then I would go to a physician. Although, lightheadness can have numerous causes. It sounds, most likely you are completely in the normal range with a healthy low blood pressure.

See a doctor if anything changes dramatically or if your lightheadness continues longer than a week.

Yes, it could be related. Although you are still in the normal range if you think it's causing you to feel lightheaded it's a good idea to go to your doctor and have it checked out. They may or may not do anything for you. Has this just started suddenly? Is it constant? Those answers will help them to better figure out what's going on.
