If you take birth control and use a condom what is the chance of you getting a d!

Question: Condoms are 98% effective in protecting against a STD. You can get tested so you know your status(whether or not you have a STD). Birth control prevents pregnancy. It has nothing to do with protecting you from getting a STD.

Birth control doesn't protect you from disease, to my knowledge. It stops pregnancy.

If you want to minimize your chances, use condom with spermicide. It should lower your chances to a ridiculously small statistical chance.

birth control is what it is- prevent pregnancies, not diseases. u can still get diseases if ur condom splits or u perform oral sex.

I AGREE WITH PRETTY WELL EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN SAID HERE. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT BIRTH CONTROL DOES NOT PROTECT AGAINST ANY STD!!! IT ACTUALLY SLIGHTLY INCREASES CHANCES OF GETTING SOME BECAUSE OF CHANGES IN THE CERVIX.
