I have HIV how do i come to terms with the fact that it isn't a death senten!

Okay listen here jason..it is NOT a death sentance people will always be born and people will always die..just think of it like this you could die in a car wreck tomorrow...you will most likely die with hiv not from it....so dont beat yourself up..when it happens to you, you think your all alone and that it will kill you but its just not true...poeple get infected with hiv everyday rangeing from infants to middle aged poeple..it just happens..so be strong..live your life..and be happy..because there might not be a tomorrow with or without hiv...i say this from the heart..im waiting on test results for hep c wich kills more than hiv and is very troublesome because my ex husband never told me he had it...and here i am trying to raise a 4 year old thinking i have hep c...its a crazy world just make the best of it while your here..no matter what

the idea is to live each day fully and let tomorrow take care of itself.
Life is a death sentence, from the moment we are born the only way out is to die! There is no moving on, ascending to a higher plain and taking our body with us, NOTHING! We are born, we live, we die. What we do in between birth and death is what is important! Are you going ot roll over and die or are you going to do something productive with your life? Are you going to use protection EVERY TIME or give this to someone else? Are you going to go the local HIV shelter and volunteer your time to help others? Are you going to live your life and do your job the best you can for as long as you can? Only YOU can make any of those choices! BTW, I have those same exact choices and I DO NOT have HIV!!!
I am sorry to hear that, maybe you should try and seek a therapist who specializes in people how have HIV good luck!
