  • Geez buddy, are you eating properly?? These symptoms are all directly related to the way you are eating. The twitching sensations are magnesium deficiency.......... other symptoms of magnesium deficiency are perhaps twitching eyelids or shooting sharp pains in your head?? Eat more foods rich in this mineral ie: leafy and green vegies, nuts and seeds, wholegrains and cereals, cold water fishes such as tuna, sardines, salmon and whiting. magnesium will also aide in eliminating any constipation issues you may have.

magnesium is known as the antistress mineral and is essential for healthy nerve and muscle functioning.... when our bodies become deficient it will get leached from our bones, hence all the twitching and cramping sensations.

Your fingers getting really stiff and achy is more than likely related to a calcium deficiency. eat more foods rich in calcium ie: milk and milk products, all cheeses, tofu, sardines, salmon, peanuts, walnuts, sunflower seeds, dried beans, leafy and green vegies......... you also need to ensure that you are getting enough vitamin D (sunshine or cold water fishes as mentioned above) as without sufficient supplies of vitamin D in your body calcium cannot be assimilated (absorbed) hence you would also be displaying other symptoms of calcium deficiency such as irritability and moodiness, digestive problems such as bloating, gas and belching (calcium is also needed for healthy digestion) and more than likely sore and achy bones and insomnia.

Take a good quality multi B complex supplement also as the B complex of vitamins is essential for healthy neural, digestive and immune system functioning.

Vitamin B3 (niacin) in the supplement you buy will aide in eliminating your headaches also ..... lack of niacin can bring about negative personality changes and increase the likelihood of headaches and migraines.

The B complex of vitamins will aide enormously in helping your body deal with myriad of stresses we are exposed to just through daily living.

Drink more water too as the healthiest and happiest body will always be the most hydrated one......... this more than likely has something to do with your headaches and stress.

    Take care of you?
