Question: What could be doing this??? I have been using lotion but it doesnt seem to be helping. My legs look awful from the scratching.... no burning from the scratching but I have the bruises all up and down my legs.....

You will need to have a blood test to even begin to guess what is going on. There are all sort of things that could cause this, and some of the possibilities are things that need immediate treatment. Call the docs office and schedule a blood draw for a wellness panel, and any additional tests done for severe itching and spontaneous bruising, and also schedule a follow-up appointment the next day or two to have the doc explain these results.
