2 questions...?!

Question: First question: I continiously have nacious waves. And by naucious, i mean heavy nauciousness. I never throw up, but i feel naucious about once or twice a day! i went to the doctor, and she said as long as i don't have any symptoms related to this, for me to just hope it goes away eventually. It started September-ish. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

Second question: This only happens about every few weeks or so, but sometimes for me it's a little hard to breathe. I'm not sputtering or wheezing or anything, it just feels like theres a whole bunch of stretched out cotton in my lungs. It usually happens when i'm most relaxed (laying on the bed, reading on the couch, etc.). It's not bad enough to cause any problems, but i'm very curious on what it is.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you are feeling nauseous, like the room is spinning, I would suggest you check with your doctor about your birth control pills if you are taking any. Even if you are just taking them for your period or just for clearer skin, this might be a possibility.

As for the breathing, it might just be dry air where you're relaxing. Try using a humidifier in the room to keep the air moist. Since it's not constant, I wouldn't worry too much, but if it becomes an everyday every minute thing, then I'd see a doctor.

Vitamin B6 deficiency will produce nausea and vomiting, excessive thirst and urination and excessively dry mouth, also muscle cramps, leg cramps and numbness and tingling and prickling sensations in the outer extremities (hands and feet and arms and legs).

If you are deficient in vitamin B6 then you will also be deficient in vitamin B12 as B12 needs B6 to be properly assimilated (absorbed) by the body ....... therefore, being also deficient in vitamin B12 you would also be suffering the symptoms of iron deficiency anemia as iron needs B12 to be assimilated properly by the body. That would mean weakness and fatigue and dizzy spells and loss of balance.

Other symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency you may be suffering from are headaches and migraines, depression, insomnia and constipation, irritability and moodiness, excessive sweating, inability to think clearly and even chest pains (is this what you're getting) and heart palpitations !! Quite scary actually if you don't realise the vitamin factor.

Eat more foods rich in this vitamin ie: organ meats such as lambs fry and kidneys, skimmed milks and cheeses, fish and eggs.

If you are lactose intolerant or vegetarian then it is really important that you supplement your diet with a multi B complex tablet on a daily basis.

Things that could be robbing you of your precious B complex of vitamins are :- eating too much protein , alcohol, eoestrogen supplementation, oral contraceptives, eating too much tinned food, antiobiotics, antidepressants, penicillin, prednisone and aspirin.

Also, try to cut back on drinks such as caffeine, tea, sodas and soft drinks as they are all B complex thieves.

Take a multi B complex tablet including all the B's ie: B1, B2 B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they work best synergistically (together).

The B complex of vitamins is essential for healthy neural, digestive and immune system functioning.

The B complex of vitamins is a water soluble complex and as such our bodies can neither store or produce them. Therefore we need to ingest them on a daily basis or suffer the consequences .........

When you take your daily supplement ensure that you take it with some type of calcium rich food ie: low fat cheese or milk or a calcium supplement as B12 needs calcium to be properly assimilated by the body........... ensure you also get enough sunshine (vitamin D) or eat cold water fishes such as tuna, salmon, sardines and whiting as calcium needs enough vitamin D to be effectively absorbed!! quite a handfull of information here ........ sorry it's a bit long winded but you need to know all this.

These cold water fishes are also a rich source of magnesium which is known as the antistress mineral. Are you stress levels really high at the moment too?? magnesium rich foods will help alleviate your stress levels. Other foods rich in magnesium are leafy and green vegies, nuts and seeds and wholegrains and cereals.

When our bodies are placed under added stress such as sickness, new job, school studies or just daily life really, the B complex of vitamins are usually the first group to get used up and we therefore need to adjust our intake accordingly.

If you are on your menses it is also a good idea to take extra B complex supplements daily.

When you are getting any stress related symptoms or any of the above mentioned symptoms simply take another B tablet. As they are water soluble our bodies will simply excrete any excess in our urine.

Drink loads of fresh filtered water too as the happiest and healthiest body will always be the most hydrated one.

BTW, i would seriously be considering changing Doctors if i were you !! That's pretty incompetent advice that you were given.

Good health to you ?
