i got it at 16.
i'm now 21 and it's better now
but it's going to be hard to have a baby!
because your hormones are all wacked out.
it is a VERY common thing for women to get around thoose ages. if you think you have it get a blood test ASAP so that you can go on meds (which you have to take for the rest of your life =( but it's not that bad)

I haven't , but i know it's possible at any age.

they can if they r Jesus!

They thought I had that because I was super tired all the time when I was like 14. It can happen at any age. They did a **** load of blood tests and it sucked badddd.

I was diagnosed with hypothryoidism when I was 18. It's getting more and more common.

A former friend of mine has been on thyroid meds since she was 2 so i suppose it's possible during any time in life

what ever age, i'm sure its treatable

see a doc

I think my friend was, and she was 16.

Thyroid problems are non-age discriminatory. I personally know a women who was diagnosed with an underactive throid and needed surgery at the age of 14.

anyone can be diagnosed with anything anymore... check with your dr. if you are having symptoms.

Yes any one can have this
