Father needs better way to carry oxygen?!
Question: He is 62, has emphysema, is on Oxygen all the time, wants to be more active, does anyone have any information? We are looking at so much stuff, but, he needs a small, lightweight unit that isn't pulsating oxygen, and if he decides to stay places overnight, the easier way to do this?

He needs an oxygen concentrator: it's small, lightweight, portable and requires no cumbersome tank. It works from the oxygen pulled out of ambient air and can be discussed with any of your local home health care distributors.
Sounds like my stepdad. He uses a portable tank and takes extras with him when he's away from home for any real length of time.
