I thought it would be a good idea to eat my carb intake in the morning is that a!

Question: No!! NONONO!!!

You need to spread out your food over an all day session. Good control of glucose is not having any spiking and not fasting for longer than 4 hours or overnight.

The best plan is to think in terms of 6 very small meals per day and spread out the carb counts over the entire day. One third protein, one third fats, and one third carbs per each meal will prevent spiking.

I never eat carbs for breakfast and absolutely never for my early morning snack.

I have early morning snack, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, then bedtime snack. For me that is 7 divisions in the available carbs. I work hard at keeping the carb grams under 100 for the entire day.

I will assume that you mean you are going to have your total daily carb intake for breakfast. That is a very bad idea. You need to be taking in carbs throughout the day in order to maintain a reasonably stable blood sugar level throughout the day. If you only take in carbs in the morning you will probably have low sugar levels later in the day.
