out of your system. phlem is dead material, get rid of it. never swallow it . it's useless in your stomach. stop smoking. & carry a handkerchief with you it insists
Spit it in a tissue then throw the tissue away.. haven't you ever had phlem before? If you can't throw it out then swallow it, it won't hurt you only if you continue to cough it up and swallow then it will nausiate you.
Spit it out in the toilet! You either have an infection or it's normal if you smoke.
