Red eyes? (how to get rid of it?)?!

Question: my eyes are bloodshot often and this has been happening for a year or so now
i typically look at the computer screen a lot so could that be the cause of it?

Yes, staring at the computer screen for so long will certainly do that. Try to take more breaks from it and get some Visine to help with the redness. Also be sure you're drinking lots of water. Water helps keep your eyes healthy and should help with the redness.

yeah your eyes are strained. get off the computer for a few days, and put in some dry eyes eye drops..you need to rest your eyes.
