the first 3 could be, but Down Syndrome is not fatal.

--Down Syndrome: Yes, sort of. Their life expectancy is much lower than those without the disease...probably around 40 years old (though of course there are exceptions.)
--Homophilia: Yes, in a way. Some people don't know they have this disease, and if they go into surgery or something, they may bleed to death. But acquired hemophilia is pretty fatal--its when you randomly bleed for no reason into the soft tissue and skin. Acquired hemophilia is fatal in 22% of patients.
--Muscular Dystrophy: Yes. The life expectancy is about 25 years old.
--PKU: If it is not treated, then yes, probably. It can be controlled by diet. If untreated--or not properly treated--then it can lead to progressive mental retardation and seizures
