My stomach hurts every morning, is something wrong??!


Question: I eat breakfast every morning. Usually it's a small granola bar or a glass of milk because I get sick if I eat too much. But even when I eat the granola bar (3g fiber) I tend to have an upset stomach EVERY morning. It's almost like a nervous "i'm about to have to make a speech" tummy ache. My stomach will make noises and sometimes I'll have to run to the bathroom. Is something wrong with me? IBS by any chance. I never have diahrrea ...

I also make sure to get at least 6-7 hours of sleep each night, eat healthy, and exercise 4-5 times per week.

Have you been drinking enough water lately?? Try increasing the amount of water you drink on a daily basis to at least 2 litres of water per day. Water is needed in the human body to lubricate and flush out toxins, for digestion and basically to function............ without enough water in your system you will have an extremely hard time digesting your food.......... probably precisely where the tummy aches stem from. Drink more water up to 20 minutes before meals and 20minutes after so as to enhance the digestive process and not interfere with it. If you drink fluids at all during your meals you will only dilute the digestive juices in your tummy and make digestion harder.

You need at 2 litres of water per day .............. on top of the water that drinks such as sodas and soft drinks and coffee and tea will flush from you. Coffee for example, will make you peesh out 2 cups of water for each cup of coffee you drink........ sodas and soft drinks are worse ...... just one can of soda will make you peesh out up to 12 cups of water!! Pretty scary, i know. Our bodies need water for each and every single cellular function they perform............ read the book called "The Water Cure" by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D........... fascinatingly surprising read ............ true too.
