When working out there are times where I get a pain in my chest?!

Question: Does anyone know what that might be? It's only when I work out that it happens and when I breathe deeply it also feels like it's pressured.

It sounds like you may have exercise induced asthma. I am an asthmatic who has exercise induced asthma and when I exercise like run or go to the gym to work out I get pains in the chest area, but it is actually my lungs that are hurting and causing me problems. It often feels like something heavy on chest. Or do you ever see that when a towel gets wet it gets very heavy. Well that is the way that my lungs/chest feel very heavy. Most times I feel gaspy/breathless a bit and sometimes I get some little shoot pains if I don't stop once the initial symptoms start.

If your worried about it go to your own doctor/GP, at they will be able to give you an idea what is causing this and will help you further with this

see your doctor or call 911.
