Is there a way to 'fool' a bee allergy blood test?!

No. You cannot fool a blood allergy test. Your blood is being tested for IgE antibodies, which will be present no matter how much water you drink. You can't dilute your blood in the same way you can your urine.

If I knew one I wouldn't tell you, that can be very dangerous. People die from bee stings if their allergic reaction to them is bad enough or goes untreated.
