Use Cetaphil's lotion, it's the best and is the only one my dermatologist recommends. It does contail a type of oil but I personally have never broken out from it, nor have I ever heard of anyone else. Also try Neutrogena's Swiss Formula (comes in a little white stand-up tube) for those cracks at the corners of your lips. Neosporin works great if they break open. Hang in there... :)

not only does it smell lush! but it's really good for skin and will stop dryness =]
Clinique brand moisturizer is great.
Also... the Murad facial lotion worked well on me when I had dry skin from acne medications.
Good luck with it (I know how awful it is!!!)
