Is it nomal to have headaches when you are losing weight?!

Question: Is it normal? I've been having these headaches everyday. Some of them turn into migraines. Especially at night time. I used to eat a lot at night but now with this diet I eat very little at night. Actually I have been sleeping better. But the headaches are getting to me. I get so hungry before I go to bed, and pretty soon the hunger is over and there comes the headache. I don't take any medication, no alcohol, no smoking either.

If you have dramatically changed your diet the headaches might be caused by your body doing a detox. Same effect you would have if you are a regular coffee/tea drinker and then stop. Headaches will occur from the lack of caffeine.

Also why are you not eating?!! Try eating 6 small meals...snack on simple things to keep your metabolism continuously working.

Headaches are a side effect of HUNGER!! Eat someting, an apple anything.

Well as I'm sure you've heard, fad diets are not the key to losing weight. Some of them will work, but usually temporarily. That being said, I do not know what diet you are on, but my guess is that you are not eating enough of eating enough nutrients and vitamins that you should be eating. Check it out, and if you still want to do that diet, think about taking some vitamins!

Yes when loosing wieght and dieting your muscles tend to "ferment" that is if you are working out and stuff. And your brain is a muscle so your brain my be fermenting. And hunger also causes headachs so does alchohol
