I suffer from severe constipation...any good remedies?!

go to the doctor and get a hycholonic if it's really that bad, or maybe try a suppository.

Lots of water, fiber pills or stool softeners, and exercise. Being active helps. Also cut back on constipating foods such as cheese, peanut butter, banana's and that sound help.

This should'nt be happening, drink a regular glass full of Prune Juice every night untill your unconstapated,then have a glass every few days.
My Dughter is an RN at our local hospital and she told me that and it works.

Eat prunes, grapes, raisins and add ground flax seed to your food. They are great at regulating everything. Eat some everyday.

Worst case scenario: enemas

I'd go for the dietary cures. Less mess and less disgusting.

Increase your water and try to increase your fiber intake, eat brown bread ,bran ,raw veggies and dip ,and you need to get moving .I had the same problem .I would bleed every time and this did it for me .Good Luck

Different things work for different people, but one thing that worked for me when I had a bad bout was prune juice as it has a lot of fiber, but isn't all that bad on ice. Just one piece of advice though. Do not drink a lot at first until you know how it is going to affect you. You may end up drinking too much and cause an opposite problem.

Lots of water, increase you intake of fiber, apples with the skin on, oatmeal, fiber pills and mild stool softners, activity, stool softners are good for a temporary fix, but perhaps you should first get checked by your dr. to make sure there isn't any underlining problem causing this

Red kidney Beans soaked overnight & slow cooked for two-three hours with red, yellow, green bell peppers, chilli peppers, onions, garlic, black olives, roasted beef ...
I would also suggest popcorn...
Qwik fix...jest eat a can of regular 'pork-n-beans'!
A 16 oz mug of strong hot double dosed instant coffee w/ sugar [no milk]!
