I was wondering if this is my asthma?!
Question: For the last month I have been on and off very tender and sore in my upper chest, like just below and collar bone, maybe a little lower. It just aches. I don't see the doctor until Jan. 25th? Does anyone else experience this with asthma? I know it's not anxiety because I am taking meds for GAD. Thanks for the answers. I have had chest x-rays done in November, long story but I saw a Pulmonary Specialist for the diganosis of asthma, not my GP.

No, I've not experience this with my asthma at all-I'm questioning the GAD. Is it well-controlled? How many attacks have you had since you started the medication? Have you got any history with asthma? If so, what's the average number of attacks you've had in the last month? Was the chest pain present for the xray you had in November or is this new onset?
Lots of questions, I know-just some things that I had in mind before I can go any further.
