Lock Jaw Help?!

Question: I stepped on a stupid tack the other day. My foot is not even red or anything, I ve been cleaning it. I am a big hypocondriac. I can convince myself of things easily. Now I feel like I have lockjaw. I am really scared. What does it feel like?
Would I not be able to move my jaw at all?
Please help. I dont have money to run to the ER
