theyll probably coderize a blood vessel to make it stop, it might be dry in your house or if you get them random high blood pressure could be a reason. if it happens often and lasts longer then like a good 3 4 weeks go in and hae it checked out as far as getting it burned (caterized) im pretty sure they can do it right in the office and go home 5 minutes. not 2 sure but i thought i heard that no surrgery or nothing like that

the capilaries in the left nostril may be colser to the skin than the ones in the right nostril. on way to really cure this for a while is going to a doctor and getting the capilaries coderized (singed). this will prevent the capilaries from bleeding for awhile

edit: i believe it is also an outpatient procedure

i had the EXACT same problem.
it was only my left nostril and it bled sometimes for no apparent reason.
i went and saw a ear, nose, and throat doctor.
and i had to get surgery.
that was about 3 years ago and i haven't had a nose bleed since.
so my advice is to go see a doctor.
i hope i helped.

there is a week blood vesicle in that nostril and when your blood pressure rises it ruptures and bleeds, cases what is called an Epitaxy's) just a big word for a blood nose.

this is not a bad thing, because it is a warning that your blood pressure is to high.
