Have you tried everything for fibromylgia??!


Question: I've had this disease for five years, tried neurotin for 1 1/2 yrs Tried lyrica for 6 months now on rozeram,best sleeping pill I've ever been on and I've tried them all.Also cymbalta,zanaflex,voltran,pain pill, and wellbutrin for depression . I just recieved a tens unit from my chronic pain mgmt.THE BEST !!! Plus I have a portable 10 motor back massager for when i'm really bad. Still fighting with SS and I have an attorney. Also have sleep apnea,rheumatoid in hands & feet,carpel tunnel in both hands,mitral valve prolapse, now to top it all off type 2 diabetes. And I wonder why every day why me?? I am thankful for a very understanding husband who cares how i feel before he touches me. Oh I forgot did you know that people like us do not absorb vitamins like regular people???

Yahoo did not say fibromyalgia doesn't exist! ABC News did a report stating that a lot of doctors do not believe it exists. I have it. I just usually deal with the pain when it's not too bad, and every once in a while, I'll take a vicodin and my Celebrex.
My methods aren't working. I can't help you on that, but I wanted to correct the guy before me. Here's a link for that video he was talking about. It was featured on Yahoo's homepage yesterday.

    it does to exsist. People are so stupid sometimes. Just because they dont have the disorder and they dont understand it, they dont think its real. its very much real. do you believe lupus is real? because its basically the same thing. me, personally, ive gave up on taking pills. i just deal with the pain.
    My grandma has it and she is on Amitryptiline!
    It sounds as if you tried everything....exept one. There are some people who have fibromylgia that drink Acai juice and have had great success. Pain had diminished and there energy levels had gone up.

    The mitro valve prolapse part makes me think of Ehlers Danlos. Do you have loose joints? Extra folic acid and carnitine might help you properly absorb the vitamins.
