Well, in my experience, find something that is a daily face wash and also find something that is a deep cleansing wash to use once a week. I use Clearasil.

This may sound a bit strange, but change your pillow case every few nights. You would be surprised at how much this can help! Oil from your hands and even from your face(if you don't wash it before bed) will deposit on your pillow case and guess where it ends up?

P.S. don't listen to the guy above me, UV rays are what skin care places use to clear up acne. UV rays dry the oil from your skin and help to kill the bacteria.....the only reason he couldn't go in the sun is because of the medication his doctor prescribed him...not because it makes acne worse.

What the skin needs is a product that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into acne. This is what you should be looking for if you want to get rid of those ugly acne.

Before trying any treatment, I suggest you read this informational source that listed the most effective acne treatments available:

Hope this helps :-)

just sleep 8 hours

You need to use a medicated soap and toner such as Clinique products. They are great. Also, St. Ives Apricot Scrub with sal. acid is good.

yeah acne cleanser, you might have to experiment with your skin for a while to find the one that suits you

takes at least 2weeks or more to see results...if it still stubborn and you've tried EVERYTHING like me you can ask doctor and get some oral medicines, Tetracycline Doxycycline, they work well and takes 1 or 2 months to get rid of them completely, if it takes less, then its not the medicine that's getting rid of it.

Looks to me like the acne cleanser would be the way to go..the alternative facial cleanser might need to be removed when you use the acne cleanser.

Oh, make-up, sunlight, and touching it makes the acne worse

You should clean out your pores to get rid of the dirt.
If it's serious maybe consider going to a dermatologist.
