HELP! i have a nasty painful zit and it wont go awayyyyy!!!?!
Question: okay so it started as a small-ish zit, but it hurt so i popped it to get the stuff out. then i put salycid acid on it and went to bed. I woke up the next mornign and it was super swollen and way more painfull. It has been like this for about 3 days and the swelling and pain have not gone down at all! any advice?! this has never happend to me before!

this sounds weird but take some water and salt and disolve it in a cup then hold a cotton ball or somthing on on the zit for no less than 1 min then get a new cotton ball and do this again then go to bed this should help but dont forget to wash your face before you do this! :D
That happened to me and it turned out to be Staph infection. You really need to go to the doctor and get antibiotics before it gets in your bloodstream and go Google it. Find out as much info about it as you can and take care of it because it can spread!!
Benzoyl peroxide works well. Also, there is a heat treatment on the market, kind of expensive. I sometimes get a warm and wet washcloth and place it on there for a while. It will go away, it justs seems like it won't. Picking at it too much may leave a scar. I limit the base makeup to avoid getting them in the first place.
