What are the causes of continuous bloating?!

Question: Stomach bloating (which actually occurs in the small intestine) is caused by irregular digestive processes which produce gases at a much higher rate than normal.

The kinds of things that cause CHRONIC stomach bloating are food intolerance to things like Dairy (lactose), Fructose, Gluten and Yeast.

You can also go to a doctor who can do allergy testing to see if you are lactose intollerent, allergic to Wheat etc. You could also try doing an elimination diet to try and isolate your problem food(s). The elimination diet involves removing specific foods or ingredients from your diet that you suspect may be causing your allergy symptoms. (Common allergy-causing foods include milk, eggs, nuts, wheat and soy.)

During this time, you will need to carefully read food labels and find out about food preparation methods when dining out. You'll also need to keep a food diary to record the foods you are eating. If you remove a certain food and the symptoms go away while following this diet, you'll know what foods are bothering you.

You might want to start out with a good cleanse (e.g. juice fast). If your symptoms clear up, gradually start adding adding foods back one at a time to see if you can identify foods you are allergic too.

Can be many things:
Digestive problems
Liver Disease
Uterine Cancer
Infection
Inproper Diet
and I'm sure there are more posiblities. Hope this is helpful.

seems to me that the body enlarges when one eats too many gassy foods (like maybe with garlic or hot peppers in them), drinks too much water after having salt in their system, or middle age, and maybe medications a person is taking. Tell us what you've been doing recently and maybe we can give you more info.

The only way to find out for sure is to get it diagnosed properly. It could be water retention-however you should find out the cause.
