What is this? It grew on my face a few days ago, and...?!
Question: It hasn't gone away yet. I'm 15, and I wash my face twice a day. Recently, a hard red lump grew on the top of the bridge of my nose, between my eyes, touching the tip of my left eyebrow. It's about 1cm x 1cm, and round, if I stretch my skin around it tight, it sticks out about a half a cm. It's painful, but not much, if I touch it/press on it lightly, and it's smooth. I've been using 'medicated spot treatment' (Salicylic Acid 1.5%, Benzoyl Peroxide 1%) on it since it appeared, but it hasn't helped much. I'm pretty sure I didn't break the skin there, but I'm not sure. It's been on and off for a while; it'll be there for a few days, then it'll go away for about a week, but now, it's staying longer. This is about the 4th time it's been there, and it's always been in the same area; right between my eyebrows. Any ideas of what it could be?

Sounds like a cyst deep in your skin. If you have insurance or money go to the dermatologist and they will inject medicine into it. It might go away right away otherwise you might have to go back a few times. If you don't treat it it could keep coming back for months on end.
This is gross but If you don't have the money I would consider pushing on both sides of it gently to see if you can find a head, then poke it with a sterilized needle, squeeze gently to get out any infection and smother it with some type of drying over the counter medicine. Repeat this every day or so... just not so much that you are over irritating it. Also be sure to exfoliate it regularly (like 3 times a day gently!) and put some type of meds. on it. Your skin will regenerate and layer by layer it will come off. But until the deep down infection reaches the surface the cyst will continue to reappear.

Could be another head trying to come out.
Try using rubbing alchohol on some tissue. Wipe the bump with the Rubbing alchohol so it will dry it out. This might sound crazy but use vicks vapor rub on it. It will burn a little bit but not much. It won't even hurt you, but you'll feel it. I did this and I tried to pop the pimple afterwards and the entire pimple came right off and I was holding it in my hand. lol. I was the wtf!!!. Try it if you'd like.
