If they gave you tests, and you have described your other symptoms to them, they will probably have enough information for now. You could write to them with this extra one, but don't panic about it. It can be a sign of a heart attack but it can be a sign of something harmless too.
Don't panic Mr Mainwaring
Good luck

I feel exactly that way when I have a panic attack, but glad that you saw a doctor. I saw a doctor who diagnosed me with anxiety disorder. What are all of your symptoms?

Id call to speak to the cardiologist in the morning and give them the info you forgot. Best to be safe.

If you go onto the NHS24 website, they have a self diagnosis flow chart. If you put in your symptoms it might give you some information.

This is not the place to be asking this question, if you are feeling the symptoms at the moment phone NHS direct or the emergency doctor or as a last resort 999 or get to your GP tomorrow.

They need to know about all symptoms in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Ring them up as soon as possible but don't panic and get yourself in a state over it as that will not help your health if there is a heart problem. Try a camomile tea and get some sleep and phone them first thing tomorrow.
