I started smoking again today is that good?!

Question: Well I smoked for 12 years and I have been smoke free for a year...then as a cruel twist of fate I was just diagnosed with emphysema...which means I can't breathe and have to take a bunch of drugs...probably for the rest of my life...and I am only 29 years old. And I probably won't live to be as old as I could have had I not spent 12 years killing myself. QUIT!!!!! Please don't end up like me.

well not really, but im a smoker, so i cant say much.

wow. i didn't think that cigarettes killed brain cells, but this question just proved it....unless you didn't have many to begin with. of course smoking is bad for you at all times!

Yes, if you want to get lung cancer, heart disease, respiratory problems, and you don't care if you affect the health of those around you.

Please don't snoke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what the f ck do you think

This isnt good unless you want to be sick and die before you should, also, you will have lung problems. Ciggarettes contain car exahst, and much more.

How long did you stop? I've stopped about 8 times, and keep going back. Call me weak or whatever. But we all gotta go sometime. Who knows, we could go tomorrow. Enjoy your time here.

Harmful to the health of smokers

Hey that's fantastic! Well done. You are increasing your chances of all types of nasty diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) where you may end up being able to do very little for yourself as your lungs will no longer be able to expand out to take in enough breath. Emphysema, cancer, bad circulation and possibly limb amputation...... the list goes on. Yeah, we have all got to go of something some time, but smoking related diseases are pretty bloody awful! COPD is almost exclusively a smoker's disease.
But hey, don't worry I'm sure you won't mind when you are so puffed and out of breath that someone will have to do the basic things like shower and dress you.
Are you aware of what chemicals the manufacturer's put in cigarettes to make them so addictive (it's not just nicotine) there are literally hundreds of them including formaldehyde (used to pickle dead things)!
Set yourself some homework and find out exactly what you are proudly dragging in to your body. I think you would be shocked!

If you enjoyed it, then it's good.
