I am 29 weeks pregnant and there is something wrong with my blood i need a B12 i!

Question: I need a follow up 6 months after the birth what is the chance it will be back to normal? I have to take 3 iron tablets a day plus now i have to take the b12 injection. I know lack of B12 has something to do with your immune system could this be the reason why i have every bug going and a cough that will not shift? Thank you

almost all pregnant now takes such injection to help the both the back pain and to prevent anaemia specially the prenicous type not only iron is used but also vit B12 and sometimes folic acid injection too and again this is normal
