They are available OTC and all you need to do is ask the Pharmacist, he/she will recommend the best. Lamasil Lotrimin and other anti fungal creams. sprays and powders. Treating your shoes and socks as well as your feet will get it under control .

I had this disgusting fungus after getting a pedicure, which I will never do again unless it's in a higher end or rather classy salon. The best cream to use is Lotrimin believe me it will clear it up in 2 days. It worked great for me.
