Prickly Heat (miliaria) caused by the blocking of sweat ducts and their subsequent rupture, or there infection by bacteria or fungi. This is common in the tropics and affects waist line chest and back mostly. Take a good anti-histamine for same

No, it is not a fungal infection. Prickly heat usually occurs when your skin has been exposed to too much heat or sunshine. It may be that you have an allergic reaction to excessive sunshine.
My daughter caught enterric fever when she was in her teens which attacks the blood and ever after that, when she exposed her skin to excessive sunshine, she suffered with prickly heat rash. When going abroad, she always had to have a supply of antihistamine cream/tablets
