The facial twitches could just be muscle spasms. COULD. Doesn't mean that it's only that. And the swelling of the tongue....could be an allergy to something. Be very very careful of that. It can swell enough to block your airway. You really should go see a doctor about it.

look it up on google. or try system checker. i think it is on wedmd or mayoclinic

I'm not exactly sure, and I don't think you should try to get a 100% positive answer from us here on yahoo answers (as much as we love to help lol)
I think you should see a doctor right away, it may not be anything serious, but you can never be too sure, right?
