If you have sex and become infected THAT day, then have sex with someone else later that day, it is unlikely that you will spread the disease. This is because your *viral load* at that point will be very, very low because the virus hasn't had time to replicate a lot in your blood. If your viral count is very, very low you are unlikely to pass it on because you have so few virons in you to pass on.

The question is though, what the frick are you doing having unprotected sex with a risky partner, then another person back to back? That is just asking for a whole myriad of STIs to be spread.

yes if you are indeed infected, however all people that are infected wont infect every partner there with, for example magic johnson, his wife wasnt infected.
EDIT: Magic Johnson did not have medication before he knew he had it and thats what I was saying

Most deff.. HIV can be passed the moment you catch it.. and yes they say that it is MOST accurate after 3-6 months however a test can show up positive as early as 6 weeks after exposure and a test at 6 weeks can also be very accurate.. Hope this helps

Test may not show that you have it and yes your partner has a real good chance of getting it

yes, they could. the test checks for antibodies, proteins your body makes to fight the antigen. it takes some time to build those up.the causative virus is an antigen which is present earlier in the infection.this is what prompts the body to make antibodies.

if your tests was postive you can infect anyone who you have a sexual relanship with and those tests dont take 5. months to come back postive .

The blood test and the one from the mouth.
I was suprised when I went to see my doc and there was a man looking for people to volunteer to take HIV TEST with the swipping mouth test.
