I think either one would be good to try. The cream will be much thicker in consistency. I just looked it up and it does state that is helps with eczema and to apply it liberally.

Another thing you might want to try is Borage Oil. You can buy it at most drug stores in the vitamin/supplement section. It looks like a big vitamin-e capsule. You pierce the capsule and rub the oil on the eczema areas. Also, take 1,000mg a day as this is very high in GLA which has been proven that people with eczema are deficient in. The oil from the capsule is very light and silky and is absorbed in to your skin very quickly. It is great for very dry skin also. I use it on my face every night and I love it.

You can do a search on "benefits of borage oil for eczema" and read up on it. I'm surprised that I see so many people with questions about eczema and they don't know about Borage Oil!

The best product I know of is Aqueous Cream, I used this on the advice of my doctor and it is brilliant, and costs very little so you can use plenty of it. Great for eczema and you can cream your skin and use it as a wash.
