The brown discharged is probably signs of a UTI (urinary track infection)
The nausea is from you worrying about this, or because you have a UTI
Pressure on top part of bladder is not really your bladder, it is bloating because your period is about due. It may come early
Constipation, that just happens to everyone,
Yellow discharge in underwear is normal. It may also be urine, because I think you have a UTI.

Go find your parents and tell them you need to go to the doctor because you think you have a UTI. The doctor will take a sample of your urine and test it for bacteria. You will then be put on an antibiotic for 7-10 days. Good Luck and God Bless

Sweetie, we cannot diagnose you here. Please see your doctor ASAP and get checked out. It's human nature to assume the worst when something isn't quite right with our bodies, but you cannot know what's going on until you see a doctor. Go right away and take care!!

no this is not cancer brooke dont worrie i think it is a bad case of constipation if you are physically active that might be the result if you are running alot and doing alot of excersise you're bladder might be infected go see youre local doctor if its worring you if youre uncomfotable around male doctors jus ask for a female doctor it probably youre hormones it depends on if you're sexually active or not

sounds more like pregnancy to me. or a contracted disease. most people with bladder cancer dont know it until it has gone way to far, there are usually no symptoms at first, no pain. most of the time bladder cancer is also caused from smoking, as the tar and other impurities sit in the urine in the bladder, usually also in older people. you seem to young for that. my stepmother died due to bladder cancer about 7 yrs ago, and she didnt have real symptoms, thought it was just change of life, be careful if you are having unprotected sex, not saying you are, just this sounds more of the case.
i have also been a nurse for 17 yrs and have to say, the best thing to do is see your doctor,
good luck
