Dental dams.

Why not? Dental dams for the females and there are flavored condoms you can use for guys. You can catch almost any STD by performing or recieving oral sex.

Be careful!

u could use plastic wrap but that sounds hilarious to watch and i would think that would take away most of the pleasure even tho it's thin

Dental dams are about the only thing, but they are really not helpful at all. There's just too much liquid present and warts can be anywhere on the perineum (genital area). I have seen venereal warts in men's throats, as well as pharygitis (throat infections) from gonorrhea. The same goes for women. Best practice - sexual activity only with your spouse who has only had sex with you.

usually stds are very rarely transmitted from mouth to genital
unless its herpes so I wouldn't worry too much about it

they have things called dental dams in many flavors too!!!
