Question: yes it does. if you want to reduce it use a hot oil treatment. put 2 tablespoons hot oil in a container floating in hot water to warm it. put it in your hair covering everything. take some sran wrap and place around your hair and seal then wrap in a warm towel. let sit a half hour then wash out twce. it helps me alot

I have a form of dandruff that at times does in fact make my head itch. So yes it does at times.

yes because dandruff is dead skin falling off of ur scalp, and scratching makes it worse
