Medical issue is this ridiculous!?!?!

Question: I have been experiencing what feels like my insides being pulled down. I spent three days in the hospital where nothing was found, although the ob/gyn said "after an extensive review of your ultra sound and scan, I can tell you that everything looks absolutely normal. Kidneys are fine, liver is fine, and your appendix is fine and not inflamed".
I looked at him and told him my appendix had been removed over 6 years ago. He really didn't have an answer, and did a bed-side exam telling me I seem normal. He said he wanted to do a urine culture and stool sample, but I was discharged before either of those took place. I'm sitting here now still in total agony. My cervix feels like it's being ripped apart, and it feels like my bladder is being yanked down by some kind of imaginary force.
WHAT THE HECK is going on!!!! I can't get answers, and the hospital was only interested in pumping me with morphine and shoving me out the door.

Other then seeing another doctor, an Obgyn/Internist I don't know what to tell you.

The appendix thing isn't abnormal. maybe he didn't see the total X-Rays, they wouldn't have shown much, maybe scar tissue. You should have had a CAT Scan or MRI for the soft tissue issues. I don't think he did a complete job, although I don't know what he did so, you can get another opinion.

You could have a tipped uterus, a cyst on your ovaries, uterus, fallopian tubes or ? it goes on and on.

A scope of your intestines would have helped and your bladder. These both could affect that. You didn't really get a good exam. Most doctors would look for the obvious and then stop.
If you hear hoof beats, why look for zebras, wouldn't you look for a horse?

To tell you the truth, those are the exact symptoms I had when I first started having my periods. I know it's excrutiating, but it really sounds about normal.

if i where you i would go to a different doc seeing as your appendix is fine and you dont even have one!!! so yea go to a totally different doc and start fresh and i dont mean go to an emergency room they are full of crap..

It sounds like menstrual cramps, although at 29 that seems odd to develop. Try taking some midol. I hope you feel better.. ;\

What's your urine color? If it's cloudy or dark you could have a kidney infection.

I would think about revisiting the ER and have them complete your urine test.
