ok first off relax nothing serious i have sever anaxiety as well and all that is doing is make you think something bad is going on. You have been off balance due to your sinuses when they blocked up your equilibirum is off been there done that. Your anxiety is making it worse it will get better once your head cold and sinuses get better.

Stress can definitely do this. Did you go to the doctor? You may have an ear or sinus infection.

probably just the aftereffects of an ear infection, but go to a doctor rather than asking on here. drink lots of fluids too.

No, not anxiety. You have fluid build up in the inner ear from your cold. It's screwing up your equilibrium.

your sinuses are congested it sounds like. your ears control your balance. your inner ear, i believe. so it's normal.
sometimes when you cant make your ear pop and then finally pop one of them, your feel dizzy and off balance, it's because you've equalised the pressure on one side suddenly.

I really think it's a sunus or ear infection. Anxiety can cause this but since you just had a cold and have pain under your eye it is most likely a sinus infection. Just go to doc and they can give you antiobiotic and anxiety medication if necessary.

Close your eyes and see if you are off balance, if so, your sinus may still be blocked and backing into your ears.

This is always a good sign of an ear infection. Your inner era contains the rings full of fluid, which control your balance.

Your's could be infected still, or reoccurring with sinus issues.

Get some antibiotics, long term ones, not just the 3/5 day Z pack and drink plenty of water. Good luck!

i'm not a doctor, but it sounds to me like you have an inner ear problem which would give you that "off balance" feeling you are describing. this could be related to the sinus infection you also may have. your best bet.....get to a doctor so you can find out for sure. hope u r feeling better soon.
