Question: i think i have caught a virus, infection or something... i have a high temperature and extreme lower back pain (i cant even rest on my back). Should i go and see a doctor or just continue taking antibiotics and pain killers?

my brother had this prblm n the doc told tat its sum kind of serious viral infection n he was admitted in hospital n was given pencillin shots so better rush 2 the doc buddy..
What are you on antibiotics for? Something other than this?
Could be the flu. In which case, antibiotics won't help. That can cause back pain, fever, and feel like crap. The other thing could be kidney stone. I think you can get a fever with that, your back/sides will absolutely kill, and you may be very nauseous. With a kidney stone, there will also be blood in the urine(not easily visible).
why are you taking anti biotics
Not a doctor. However, your symptoms seem consistent of those of the flu.
Antibiotics will not help. Painkillers if your pain is that intense should only be used for a short period of time.
I would take a NAIDS every 4-6hrs as need for pain and high fever.
All..this sould be reported to your doctor, however.

with the symptoms you have, you shouldn't self medicate. see your doctor right away. a high fever means your body is fighting something and the pain is to get your attention. in the event of kidney infection you may need help, but it's not something to mess around with.
