there is a small machine .. you can find it in pharmacies .. i have one
yes you can feel itchy in the place where u pointed i am a female and i feel itchy in .... u know .. when my blood sugar is high
u have to drink a lot of water and see your doctor

If you think you may be diabetic contact your Doctor or local health department. Its a simple blood test ( A1C) that gives you an average sugar level for about a two month period.
Tingling or itching can be from nerve damage (neureopathy) or may be a sort of reaction to high sugar levels in urine.
You can get urine test strips from the pharmacy, they are not as good as a blood test but were the only way to test sugars for many years .
You need a small machine that checks blood sugar levels. You can buy them a Walgreen's, Wall-mart, Shopko or any other pharmacy. As far as the other problem I can not help you with that one. I am a female! Can't say that I have had that!!!!!!!!!! You really should see a doctor if you think you have a blood sugar problem. If you do have sugar and it is not taken care of all sorts of thing can happen to your body. So please see a doctor as soon as possible. Take of yourself! And Good Luck!
