Raised freckles/moles on body..?!

Question: I am 13 and i have 1 mole on my stomach, 1 on the inside of my leg and 1 on my back which usually catches on my bra strap (and hurts!) They make me very self concious when getting changed for p.e and wearing bikinis etc. My mum took me to the doctors and said that they wouldn't take them off because of my age but my friend has had this done..
I really want them taken off as i am worried that they may become cancerous as it runs in my family. Should i be allowed to get them removed? I always catch them and it can be very painful. Answers will be great, thanks :)

I have lots of little moles on my back and arms. I had one removed on my tummy last year. My doctor did it for me in about 10 mins using a local anaesthetic. I didn't feel anything and it doesn't take long to heal. I have a tiny little scar where it was but that's it. You're not too young to get it done.

I had the one near my bra removed like you it huurt alot when my bra moved the wrong way. As for moles and raised freckles, see a dermatologist if they are really concerned they would do a biopsy .Some of these if they change color can be cancerous.
