only the training school will be able to tell you. Based on the effects of high altitude and cabin pressure I'm not sure if it would be good for your lungs but why don't you discuss your condition with the school and see what their policy is on training with this condition, and do some research as to the effects of flying on your condition.

I'm glad you feel good, and I hope you continue to feel good. The important thing is that you maintain your health, and maintain your weight. You need to focus on eating healthy foods, high in protein especially. High calorie meals are important for you.
Diarrhea is part of CF. Make sure you stay hydrated by drinking lots of fluids.
You probably have breathing treatments to take daily, and please do not skip those.
As long as you maintain your health, you can do anything you want.
