What can cause forhead acne at 25?!
Question: Hello, I am a 25yr old male. Used to have acne as a teen. Mostly went away until about a year ago. It's generally has improved.
However, I am still prone to getting acne now and then on my forhead.
It's not major and I'm not going to die with it lol.
However, what could be the cause?
Stress? Dairy products, ect??
What can you do besides buying expensive products?

do you wear a hat all the time like you do in your little avatar picture? if you do, the sweat can get trapped against your skin and cause acne just on ur forehead. maybe wash your hat.
if you don't wear a hat, try hitting up a dermotologist. they say you should only have acne for 10 years. so if you had it when you were a teen, you should be well done by now. dermotologists can help get rid of the stubborn acne that won't go away.
if thats too expensive, just be really diligent about washing your face at night with a foaming facewash. thats the best and cheapest way ;D
it could be stress or it could be excess oil on your face. make sure you wash your hands after your eating and try not to touch your face throughout the day because oil can be transmitted to that area and clog your pores. try neutrogena face wash to help with keeping your face fresh and oil free.
try this pill "erythromycin". i have taken this pill for more than one month. it works !!! i rarely have new acne now, but sometimes i do get acne (maybe because of stress, since im working now). im still taking this pill. it's worth trying. good luck~
