How much does it cost to see a dermatologist?!
Question: i have severe acne and it WILL NOT go away, iv'e tryed pro activ and anything else you can name, its JUST started to decrease a little now, but i'd like to see a dermatologist about it. I live in brisbane , qld, AUS. And are they certain to get rid of my acne

you can see a dermatologist on the National Heath System. If it's really bad then you might be prescribed a drug called roaccutaine, which basicly stops your skin producing as much oil. It dries up your skin and therefore reduces acne (ive been on a 4 month course of it before). Ask a dermatologist or GP about it.
depending on the strength, roaccutaine is usually about 70-80% certain to clear up acne, and is usually given in 3-4 month courses. No acne is going to disappear overnight, but if its really bothering you then go see a dermatologist.
