You can have noticable symptoms and then you may have no noticable symptoms. A kid here didn't have any noticable symptoms at all, just happened to be in car wreck and they found it that way. I had symptoms and kept hiding them from my parents till I had a couple of nose bleeds at school. The school called my parents and i had to go to a doctor. That's how I was diagnosed. Don't ignore stuff. If you got it, get it diagnosed. It will only get worse if you don't. It's treatable. But Dude, it isn't treatable if you don't go to the doctor.
The best thing is to go to the doctor... if it is something then the doctor will treat you so that you feel better... it beats worrying over it constantly...
Sounds like you're a hypochondriac. Stop freaking out, you definitely do NOT have Leukemia.
You would know because you would be sick. Blood cancer is leukemia and there are many symptoms that you can watch for such as night sweats and constantly going to the bathroom. Relax and enjoy your life.
