Do any cleansers help hormone-related acne?!

I use benzoyl peroxide acne spot treatment (cheap & effective) but different products work for different people. I would experiment--and/or check out the message boards on products (I learned a lot at acne.org)

eatting a really strict diet with no sugar, wheat or milk helps.

you need to always use a cleanser suited to your skin,
if your a teenager normally a foaming cleanser with a acne related aid.. like tea tree oil , benzoyl peroxide or triclosan..
use twice a day followed by toner and moisturiser which should be oil free and have a spf... for when u get your spots use a spot treatment on them to help them go away faster.
