Buy a cross-bow since know one will be able to hear it and setup traps and just wait....

Don't kill them tell your neighbor that your allergic to cats and to keep them off your yard
put up a fence and if that doesn't work threaten to call the SPCA or something. if they raise hell about it tell them its not your fault its theirs since they know about your allergy and can't keep their cats out of you yard. they do know right
maybe its easier just to move ..its highly to kill animals and now we know your intentions...and if anything happens to them,,,,they know where to look..
