Whats the fastest way to reduce a fever? please help?!
Question: my fever is 101.1 & i have to go see my boyfriend today but my mom wont let me leave unless my fever goes down. i feel fine (except for im coughing and aching a lil bit) other than that i am fine. does anyone know how to reduce a fever fast?

Take any OTC fever-reducing medication.
Tylenol. Aspirin (if you're an adult). Motrin. Advil. Alleve.
Ice bath. It isn't the healthiest, but will reduce fever.
stay home if you are sick. sounds like the flu. u are better off resting. ur boyfriend will understand. also u can make others around u sick if u are sick.
maybe you should go see the boyfriend...do you want to get him sick????talk on the phone for now...give your body time to get healthy
