I wake up and my glands are swollen?!
Question: It doesn't happen everyday, but at least once a week. After about an hour the feeling dissipates, but I don't understand why it's there in the first place. Do I have a lingering bacteria in my system. Allergies? Please and thank you!

This could be several things. Allergies, due to extreme dryness in your home because it's winter, or from Chronic fatigue Syndrome.
See a doctor, only they can diagnose it.
You may need to have them removed - I'd go see your doctor and see what he/she thinks. Some people's are naturally swollen, some aren't.
